*TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please, we urge you to clean up after all your bookings. If it is found by property management that the common area was left unclean, you will be held liable for a penalty fee of $100 per incident which will be included in your subsequent monthly rent payment plus all costs associated with clean up. You as the booker assume full responsibility and liability for the full cost of damages caused by you, your invitees, family, guests, and anyone you bring. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the booker, booker's family, guests, invitees, and anyone the booker brings. You as the booker hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature. In booking any of our services you agree with this full terms and conditions statement and below refund policy. Refund Policy: There will be no refunds with the exception if your intended use of the booking is canceled due to inclement weather and/or health emergency. For a health emergency refund, supporting documents will be requested. Any & all refunds given will be in the amount of your booked service minus all processing fees. The refund will be credited toward your subsequent monthly rental payment.
